I fucking hate the “save the ta-tas” and similar campaigns. Way to make it about disembodied parts and saving “property”, thus actually potentially harming more people with breast cancer in the process when they feel like they need to “save their breasts” so that they can still feel/be attractive/sexy/”womanly” more than they need to save their lives, even if it means a masectomy.
